The Ball Python Cafe Story-
When we began caring for ball pythons 15 years ago, we mixed our love for ball pythons with our love for fine coffees. All of our ball python breeders are named after one of our favorite coffees, flavors or blends. I would like to make everyone aware that although there may be a ball python 'morph' named after a coffee, our breeder ball pythons' names have nothing to do with their 'morph' type.

All of our breeder ball pythons are captive bred, do not bite and are not aggressive. We don't want aggressive pets just like you don't. This is one of the many reasons we chose ball pythons as pets. Besides our love for reptiles and amphibians in general, ball pythons are, if properly cared for, docile as a puppy, extremely forgiving to beginning snake owners, do not grow past 5-6 feet as adults, and are very rewarding to own personally and a very good pet to share each others life with. However, ball pythons do have very tiny teeth and the 1# rule of animals is still applicable: "if it has teeth, it can bite". Some of you have had little brothers or sisters that prove this rule to be true. Ball pythons are also sometimes picky eaters and can go off feed when they choose to, all normal and healthy, which frustrates some owners. We are very active in our local herp society and want to spread good information about ball python care and set accurate expectations. We want you to make an educated decision to purchase and commit to the care of your ball python for its lifetime. Please do your homework before making a purchase!

Its a new ball python breeding year and the hard work is done! Like many of the other ball python breeders we have eggs in the incubator waiting to hatch. We are extremely happy that eggs are being laid (we expect 22 clutches this year) and we have clutches in the incubator because its been a heck of a busy year for me. We moved to Harrah, OK. Built a new reptile building that includes a walk-in incubator (nice!). And of course, I have quickly outgrown the building we just built. DOH! So I'm looking into the eyes of another busy year I think. It may not seem like a lot, but it has been a lot for me to accomplish while making sure our breeders and babies received the care and handling they deserve, customers get the care they deserve, my family had a good dinner every night, and our house stayed livable. =) None of those things listed can be scrimped on as they are all very important to me. Today was amazing! The cement went down and the building took shape!! We are soooo excited! Troy Herring and his crew have done an awesome job with the cement work and it is absolutely beautiful! We have moved to Harrah, Ok and are settling in slowly. That's why the updates have been a little slow on here. Sorry for that. We haven't gone anywhere though for our customers. Same phone numbers and website is the same. We are always here for any questions, etc and will be for a longggg time! We hope we'll be life long breeders for you and your friends!
Monday the cement goes down for our new breeding bldg!! The building has already been delivered and is setting right next to the foundation and ready to assemble! There is over 1500 bolts on this thing!! Its like a giant erektor set!!!  Its going to be a fine building when done and set perfectly to bring in the next generation of beautiful babies for you all to choose from! We are all excited!!!

Ok, back to digging... lol  Oh I almost forgot - last year's incubator that your baby hatched in is now for sale (local only). It will hold at least 8 ball python clutches with no issues at all. for this coming season, we are building a walk-in incubator in the building for more room so 'ole tried and true' is for sale. If you are interested in it, please let me know and I'll send you the details!
